AI appointment setter
An AI appointment setterthat books by text.
Artificial Wingman answers your leads, asks what a good setter would ask, offers times that are actually open on your calendar, and books the one they pick. No calls, no scripts to build. We set it up with you.
In the conversation
From “can you come look?”to on the calendar.
A setter’s job, done by text. Your team sees every word, and can step in any time by texting the lead.
- 1
Answers the lead
A friendly first reply in your voice, with the questions a good setter would ask: what they need, where, and how soon.
- 2
Offers two real times
Open slots from the booking calendar we connect, inside the notice and range you set, minus anything already booked.
- 3
Understands the answer
“Tuesday works” or “anything after 3?” It remembers what it offered and books the one they meant.
- 4
Confirms after it books
The confirmation text goes out only once the appointment is actually on the calendar.
Booked right,or not at all.
Double bookings and wrong times are the fastest way to lose trust in an AI setter. So your Wingman reads the same calendar your team books on, and every booking follows your rules.
Your booking calendar
It books into the calendar you choose, with the appointment length you set.
Knows when you are busy
Connect Google Calendar and your Wingman checks it too, read only, before offering a time.
Only real openings
Minimum notice and how far ahead are your call. It never offers a slot you have said no to.
Stops the follow-up
Once the appointment is booked, the follow-up sequence ends. Nobody gets nudged after they said yes.
Moves the deal along
A booked appointment can move the deal forward in your pipeline, or suggest the move for a teammate.
Reschedules go to you
When a customer asks to move or cancel, the request waits for a person, so nothing changes without you.

What is an AI appointment setter?
AI that talks to your leads and books them onto your calendar, the way a human appointment setter would. Many AI setters make phone calls; Artificial Wingman does it by text.
Does it make calls?
No. Your Wingman books by text. If your leads expect a phone call, a voice AI or a person on the phone may suit you better.
Can it double-book me?
It only offers times your booking calendar shows as open, inside your notice and range rules, and with Google Calendar connected it skips your busy times too.
Does it book on its own, or ask first?
Your choice. Bookings can wait for a teammate’s okay, just like texts in review mode. When you allow it and autopilot is on, it books as soon as a lead clearly accepts a time it offered.
What happens if a customer wants to reschedule?
The request goes to your team to approve, and your team can book, move or cancel from the conversation.
How much does it cost?
One monthly plan with setup and 2,000 texts included. See the pricing page for the current price.
