Artificial Wingman is made by Deploy Innovations (“we”, “us”). This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle and what we do with it.

This website

artificialwingman.com has no sign-up form, no ads and no analytics or tracking cookies. Like any web server, ours may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.

Businesses that use a Wingman

When a business hires a Wingman, we connect to that business’s GoHighLevel account to read the contacts, conversations, calendars and pipelines the Wingman needs to do its job, and to send texts, book appointments and update deals when the business allows it. The business decides what its Wingman may do and can turn it off at any time.

For that work the business is in charge of its customers’ information, and we process it on the business’s behalf. We use it only to run the Wingman for that business. We do not sell it, and we do not use one business’s information for another business.

People who text a business

If you text a business that uses a Wingman, your messages may be read and answered by that Wingman. Reply STOP at any time and you will not get further automated texts. For questions about your information, contact the business you were texting, or reach us at the address below.

Service providers

• GoHighLevel, where the business’s contacts and conversations already live.
• Hosting and model providers we use to run the service. They process information only to provide it to us.

How long we keep things

We keep business data while the business uses Artificial Wingman. When a business leaves, we delete or return its data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Security

Access is limited to the people who need it, connections are encrypted, and credentials for connected accounts are stored encrypted. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected businesses promptly if something goes wrong.
