These terms cover your use of artificialwingman.com and the Artificial Wingman service, made by Deploy Innovations (“we”, “us”). If your business has a signed agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

The service

Artificial Wingman is an AI teammate that works inside your GoHighLevel account. It can reply to leads, follow up, book appointments, update your pipeline and answer your team’s questions, within the settings you choose.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login secure and only give access to people on your team.
• Make sure you have the right to text the people your Wingman texts, and follow the messaging laws that apply to you (such as consent and opt-out rules).
• Keep your Knowledge base accurate. Your Wingman answers from what you give it.
• Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.

It’s artificial

Your Wingman is software. It is good at its job, and it can still get things wrong. You can review drafts before they send, and you are responsible for the messages sent from your account. Don’t rely on it for legal, medical, financial or safety decisions.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We use it to run your Wingman, as described in our privacy page.

Fees and ending the service

Pricing and billing are agreed with you directly. Either side can end the service under the terms of that agreement. We may suspend access if the service is being misused.

Limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost leads, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
